Pro-Spect
Environmental, a division
of Pro-Spect Building Science Consultants,
Inc., was founded in 2000 by Russell Spornberger and Dennis Stage as Pro-Spect
Home Inspection Services. Soon thereafter, we began to identify the need to
meet the growing demand for residential indoor mold investigations. Mr. Stage
attended various schools and training programs to obtain certification as a
mold and indoor air quality consultant. After receiving the CIAQP designation,
Mr. Stage devoted the several years to obtaining every major indoor

Since 2000, we have grown into a full-service indoor environmental assessment company offering every third-party indoor environmental inspection, testing, and consulting service available. As our company continues to grow, we will expand into such critical fields as occupational safety, industrial environmental assessments, and a full-array of industrial hygiene services. From residential radon testing to complex sick building syndrome investigations, Pro-Spect Environmental is dedicated to identifying indoor environmental hazards and to finding solutions for our clients that will restore their buildings to healthy living and working environments at the lowest possible cost.
